With a strong desire to master the art of fine cooking, he set forth on his journey to France, to learn from the very best in the world. Arriving at 3-star Michelin restaurant, Le Jardine des Sens in Montpellier, France, Peter learnt under the guidance of the owners how to further refine his art. Come present day, Peter has received a number of awards in recognition of his cooking talents including: Bronze medal - International Kremlin Culinary Cup 2013 Gold medal - Russian-Chinese Festival of National Cuisines 2011 Silver medal - Seaside Food Festival 2007.
